Assuming you have taken a number of golf lessons and you have been out regularly on the driving range practicing the different instructions the pro. coach has taught you e.g., grip, stance, swing and putting. Whatever the instructions were it is very important to stick to what you were told to practice on.
We will presume by now you have been out on the golf course on quiet a number of occasions. With that in mind here are a few tips for you, and hopefully help you further to enjoy the game more.
•As in any new game one takes up, it will require plenty of practice regardless of what game it is, getting to know the game more helps you enjoy it more.
•Before going out on the course, before any game of golf, always arrive approx.,1 hour before you are due to play. Never arrive when you are due on the tee box, as neither your mind or body are prepared, and you will pay the price with poor to bad results.
•Being late to play is a an offence both to your playing partners, and also to the club as you will be delaying the time sheet.
•Being at the golf course the hour before play. Go to the driving range and practice with the different woods and irons including practicing on the putting green. It will help you to relax and give confidence starting off your game. A very good e-book on golf generally is an e-book called "Pure Point Golf!" by Bobby Eldridge. He gives a Free 1 hour DVD, well worth looking at.
•Keep in mind that you as most golf beginners won’t get all the results you would like for some time.
•Stick with your prepared routine and remember you will be as good as and maybe just maybe even a little bit better than your golf beginner friends.
•Your objective is to get to know, get used to, and most of all enjoy the game of golf.
•Teeing off: Stand well behind the ball and get a clear imaginary line to the target, pick a spot approx. 10 feet from the where ball is on the tee and the target line, line up to that target, hips and shoulders fully square to the target, relax and take a deep breath before hitting the ball, and then a nice even follow through swing.
•When as you will make lots of mistakes and as the professionals do, remember how to beat the effect of the mistake, is to try and not get mad with yourself, and most importantly put the mistake behind you, forget it and focuses on your next shot. Ideally you should play each shot as if it is the only shot you are going to play, take a deep breath, shake those shoulders and move on, again you are a golf beginner.
•Always have your golf rule book in your golf bag that is your bible. It will be of great benefit if you or your partners require answers to any particular rule you may need answering, remember by making the mistake and finding the answers that is one way you will remember the rules.
•Don’t hold your grip too tight, find a grip that is light and comfortable for you, A tight grip can cause all kind of problems; again relax with a nice easy grip.
•Finally have one intention before you start your game, and that should be to go out and enjoy the game, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the golf course and the fresh air
Remember that e-book I mentioned by Bobby Eldridge "Pure Point Golf!" definitely worth a look at especially with the free DVD.

Beginners Golf – How to Avoid Slow Play
Slow Play.
One of the most annoying problems on the golf course has to be slow play, you don’t have to rush play just make sure to keep the play moving. Some tips to follow on beginners golf.
Tee Box:
Be always ready to play as soon as it is your turn to tee off, as soon as you have completed your shot and your partners have completed theirs walk briskly to your golf ball.
Fairway:
While waiting to take your shot, while your partner is taking their shot think and study your shot and therefore be ready immediately to play as soon as it’s your turn. Remember to repair that divot. An e-book you should look at to help you with your swing and many more aspects of the game called Pure Point Golf! by Bobby Eldridge, which also includes a free DVD, have a look.
Rough:
If you happen to play into the rough, and your ball is hidden, you should immediately direct the players behind you to play through. It prevents the frustration and annoyance of the players behind you. Remember don’t get too upset at arriving in the rough as even the golf pros. get into the rough and some times loose their ball.Think on this by directing the players behind you through, it then gives you more time to search for your ball.
Bunkers:
Repairing your marks and others you may find, do so briskly. Be sure to leave the bunker as you would wish to find it.
Card Marking:
When marking your card or which it will be your partner’s card you will be marking, don’t stand on the green to do so, wait until you are waiting to take your next tee shot. Also when especially at having completed the 18th and final hole, shake hands with your partners, but don’t check or mark your card until you are well clear of the 18th hole.
Players behind You:
Be ever conscious if you are slowing up play and there is a clear hole ahead of you; remember to wave the players behind you through.
While you are waiting for your partner to complete their shot, be thinking and preparing in your mind as to how you are going to play your shot, and therefore be ready immediately to play your shot. The e-book i mentioned earlier called. "Pure Point Golf!" by Bobby Eldridge, with the free DVD dont forget to take a look at it.

Putters Golf - Beginners
Putting must be one of the most frustrating parts of the game of golf and more especially when starting out in the game. For example you have a great drive and your second shot is just short of the green so you chip on to the green, and then loose it all by taking 3 to putt. It is equally as bad having to take 3 or even 4 to the green and then to continue with the bad run and again take 3 to putt. Unfortunately that is the game of golf; we would all be challenging Tiger Woods if we could hit it perfectly on a regular basis. That is why this article putters golf-beginners.
An excellent e-Book I found and well worth having called “Master Putting"! by Mark Pearson. You also get a free video to watch of Tiger Woods chipping in at the 16th green 2005 Masters. Plus a free instructional golf guide e-Book by Mark Pearson. I liked the video, great to see the master in action.
Solving the problem: First start off with practice and plenty of it on the practice green. Don’t just putt a lot of golf balls for the sake of putting practise, do it properly and study each putt as if you were on the golf course e.g.
Being properly lined up to take the shot: Make sure your feet, hips, and shoulders are parallel to the target, judging the distance and the power to hit the ball.
This is where regular practice comes in to play. Remember to take the putter back and through the same distance. Don’t jab the ball follow through in a nice and relaxed speed, always aim for the back of the hole where you have some some chance of putting as you will never get in on a short putt.
When lining up the putt, stand behind the ball and see that imaginary line including the falls of the green and make sure to hit the ball with the centre of the putter.
Putters golf- beginners always remember before going out to play your game of golf arrive half hour or so before and practise your putting shots. A lot of players practise their drives and neglect their putting which is all wrong.
The Fastest Way to Improve Your Score is to Learn to Putt Well. Have a look at the e-book i mentioned above it is good“Master Putting"! by Mark Pearson. As i said you get a free video to watch of Tiger Woods chipping in at the 16th green 2005 Masters. Plus a free instructional golf guide e-Book by Mark Pearson. I liked the video, great to see the master in action.
Recap:
Find your line.
Feet hips and shoulders parallel to target.
Hit the ball with centre of putter.
Aim for back of hole.
Back and through same distance

Beginners Golf
Beginners Golf. First of all you must be serious about taking up the game otherwise its only a waste of your time and hard earned money and maybe your friends time especially when they take the time and patience to introduce you to the golf course and continue to do so, remember that is after you have had lessons and plenty of practice and know the basics of the game.
After 4 or 5 lessons and plenty of practices venture out on to the golf course and maybe start off by playing as some beginners do play 5 or 6 holes to begin with and then gradually build up to playing 9 and so on, don’t force yourself to play more holes than you want to. • Where can I purchase a golf rule book?
Answer: Most professional golf shops attached to a golf club will supply rule books.
• As soon as I start playing on the golf course would I be better just paying green fees or join a particular golf club?

Golf Tuition-Beginners
First of all to start with you must decide which type of tuition you want, is it: Beginners- Intermediate or Advanced. A beginner could be a person who either never played on a golf course or who played with friends a few times etc. and received the very basics of the game and probably hasn’t got a handicap.
Intermediate player: A player who has played on a golf course for some time and has an established swing including pitching, chipping and putting and has a golf handicap.
The advanced player therefore is a player whose handicap is below double figures?
Golf Tuition for beginners, first of all you must be serious about taking up the game otherwise its only a waste of your time and hard earned money and maybe your friends time especially when they take the time and patience to introduce you to the golf course, and continue to do so, remember that is after you have had lessons and plenty of practice and know the basics of the game that you go on the course for your own sake.
A great ebook called. “ Golf Beginner Guide!” by Frank J. Peter. It walks you through what you need to know about golf, from the total basics to some advanced tips.
Before getting golf tuition you will require golf clubs and a golf bag. Purchasing your first set of golf clubs be sure and don’t go mad and spend a fortune especially starting out, go to a pro. shop in your golf club they will be glad to offer you advice on starting off, a lot of the shops will have second hand golf clubs on offer. You don’t exactly need a full set to start with maybe a 3 wood, 5.6.7.9 iron, a pitching wedge, sand wedge, and putter. Another way of getting clubs would be to check with your golfing friends maybe they have an old set and only be glad to see them put to use. Also in the pro shop remember to get the few accessories required such as, golf balls, golf glove, and tees. Pitch mark repair tool.
At the pro.golf shop book your lessons explain that you are a beginner. The pro.coach will arrange a time to have your first lesson, have 4 to5 lessons to start. The pro will give you just a few instructions each time other wise you would only become all confused about the game. Have plenty of practice in between each lesson on the instructions the pro. gave you to practice on.
Take your time don’t rush it or you will only become totally confused and maybe give it up before you even start the game, and that would be sad as its such a great game which you will soon find out. While relaxing at home in the evening instead of TV have a look at the ebook mentioned earlier by. Frank J. Peter. “ Golf Beginner Guide!” You will get some great ideas and advice to start out with, and you can download it in 5 minutes.

Putters Golf
Putters Golf
Putting is probably the most pressurised part of the game of golf. Therefore practise is most important. Who was it that said “Drive for show and Putt for Dough” .You must be confident with your action, judging distance and learning to read the greens. No point getting on the green in two shots on a par 4 and then 3-4 and 5 to putt. Practice, Practice, Practice.
What type of putter? First of all check your friend’s putters and see if any of them suit you inc. the weight and the shape of the putter. Next go to your pro. golf shop. Take your time have a good look around. There is such a large variety of putters on the market from short to very long shafts and all shapes and size of heads. Sometimes the handle of the putter is flat to suit the way a golfer holds the club. When you see a few different ones you might like, ask that you try them out; usually they have a putting matt for that purpose. Don’t buy for show, that is stupid it has to suit you otherwise its pointless and waste of money.
A great product for all putters golf, on the market called “Amazing Golf Mind! by Andrew Scott.” It is a down loadable Audio. You will also get Free a short game audio. It is well worth having a look at, and reasonable price.
Some Putting Tips:
• Have your toe stance parallel to your target.
• Read the break.
• Target line is not always straight to the hole could be left or right of the hole depending on the break.
• Curved putts aim feet parallel to line chosen.
• Bend yourself over to putt, putter behind ball and stance.
• The speed to hit the ball. Practise on practise putting green.
• Try not to leave ball short of the hole, it’s the one guarantee of not getting in the hole.
• The firmer you hit the ball the less chance of bad breaks.
• Companion putting before you. Watch the speed of the green and what breaks there are.
• Don’t move your head or look up when putting, wait well after hitting the ball.
For some more very good suggestions on the subject check out Andrew Scott! he is good
